Aníta has always been passionate about the human body and its functional abilities. She qualified as a strength and conditioning trainer in 2016, helping people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals and improving their physical performance through exercising. This prompted her to further pursue her passion about the human body and train as an osteopath. Aníta graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy after four years of training at the University College of Osteopathy.

Aníta enjoys treating people of all ages and backgrounds. Her special interests are the body’s function and biomechanics of movements, sports injury rehabilitation and women’s health.

Aníta believes in an individualised and holistic approach, therefore every treatment is customised to each individual and may include hands on treatment as well as lifestyle advice and education. She is passionate about providing the best patient care and most optimal management plan to enhance best outcomes for each individual.

Originally from Iceland, Aníta moved to London to pursue her career in osteopathy. She enjoys being active, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

If you’re a current patient of Aníta’s you can book your next appointment with her online. If you’re a new patient or you haven’t been into the clinic in the last two years you’ll need to contact us to book your appointment.

A fantastic clinic, both highly professional and friendly with nothing appearing to be too much trouble for them to help with. Pricing is the fairest I have found in London coupled with the high quality service and treatment that you receive.
