Tim Higginson

Sports Massage Therapist

Tim qualified as a Sports Massage therapist in 2020 and has worked with a range of people as a mobile therapist and within a clinical setting. Tim is currently in his final year of study at the University College of Osteopathy which helps to reinforce his understanding of the human anatomy.

A lover of all sports, Tim excelled particularly in swimming, reaching a national level by the age of 14 and swam competitively for many years. This early love of swimming and fitness sparked a life-long interest in the human body and its application in sporting settings.

Outside of physical activity Tim loves to spend his time preparing and cooking food for family and friends, particularly on a barbeque! His love of cooking stems from the importance he places on nutrition and its relevance to physical wellbeing. Tim is passionate about helping clients understand their own bodies better and improving their physical and mental wellbeing through manual therapy, nutrition and exercise.

If you’re a current patient of Tim’s you can book your next appointment with him online. If you’re a new patient or you haven’t been into the clinic in the last two years you’ll need to contact us to book your appointment.
