Financial Policy

All fees are payable at the time of service.

Online Bookings

We are currently accepting online bookings for follow up appointments. If you are booking a first appointment or you haven’t been to the clinic in over two years or more, you will need to call to book in. If there is anything specific you need to let your osteopath know before your follow up appointment, please also call reception and book over the phone.

Late Cancellation

Your appointment may be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Medical Insurance

All medical insurance companies have their own policies and coverage. At Back to Back, we are recognised by most medical insurance companies. We have two osteopaths – Annie and Anja, who are covered by BUPA. Unfortunately due to their policy changes, we have opted not to be covered by AXA PPP.

You will need to settle your account with Back to Back at the time of your appointment and then claim from your insurers. It is recommended that you contact your medical insurer prior to treatment to ensure that you follow their procedures for claiming for treatment, as each insurance policy is different. Please inform reception when you make the appointment if you are planning on claiming on your medical insurance.

Dress Policy

To allow our osteopaths to access any areas that need assessing, we recommend that you wear shorts and a t-shirt or sports bra. If you’re unsure, please do get in touch.
